Marcelene Towns Obituary
Marcelene Cecile Towns, age 80, passed away December 30, 2017. "Cil" was born in Columbus, Ohio, to the late James Wand Florene Huckleby on October 1, 1937. Cil graduated from Columbus East High School and Franklin University with a BS in Accounting. She was employed at Timkens Roller Bearing Co. and J. C. Penney. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Charlene Sharp, niece Pamela Parker, and nephew Anthony Sharp. Cil is survived by her children, Jack A. (Veda) Glenn, Carmella Glenn, and Gregory (Desiree) Glenn; siblings, Rev. Walda Johnson, Karen Warren, and James W (Linda) Huckleby, Jr.; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family, and friends. Celebration of life Friday, January 12, 2018, at New Faith Baptist Church of Christ, 955 Oak Street, Columbus, Ohio, visitation 11 am, service at 12 noon, Rev. Dr. Jefferey P. Kee officiating. Interment Eastlawn Cemetery. Arrangements by WHITE'S FUNERAL AND CREMATION SERVICES, 867 S. JAMES ROAD, COLS, OH 43227, BENJAMIN F.
