Nicole M. Severance, age 40, of Columbus, died Thursday, May 24, 2018 at Grant Medical Center. She was born July 21, 1977 in Columbus. Nicole was a 1995 graduate of Pickerington High School. She worked as a Pharmacy Technician for the Kroger Pharmacy for 13 years. She enjoyed reading and vacationing to her favorite spots, Canada and Holden Beach. Nicole loved spending time with her family and especially adored her nieces and nephew. She is preceded in death by her brother Kenneth "Buzzy" Vaughn and grandparents Clarence (Stella) Lindsey. Nicole is survived by her loving husband, Matthew "Matt" Severance; mother, Monna Mann; father, Kenneth (Linda) Mann; brother, Rory (Leasha) Mann; nieces and nephew, Tayler Brady, Keaton Slone, Kensley, Tatum and Taelyn Mann; mother and father-in-law, Mary (Tim) Severance; brother-in-law, Jerimiah Ferrimann; and many extended family. Family and friends may visit 5-7 pm on Thursday, May 31, at the DWAYNE R. SPENCE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 550 Hill Rd. N., Pickerington, OH 43110, where a memorial service will follow at 7 pm. We, the families of The Compassionate Friends, send you our heartfelt condolences. The Compassionate Friends is an international grief support group for parents, grandparents and siblings who have suffered the heartbreaking loss of a child. Our only mission is to provide comfort, hope and support to every family experiencing the death of a son or daughter, brother or sister, or grandchild, and to help others better assist the grieving family. We meet monthly in Columbus from 7-9 PM on the second Tuesday of each month at Ascension Lutheran Church, 1479 Morse Road, Columbus, Ohio 43229. If and when you are ready to do so, please join us. We need Not Walk Along. We are The Compassionate Friends.
