Dear Cal and entire family, I am so sorry for your loss! As I call him, Cousin Phil was always a sweetheart at work. Since my retirement I haven't talked to him for awhile, but we had alot of good times while at ODOT!! Just treasure all of the memories and photos, it truly helps alot. Again, you have my deepest sympathy in the loss of a good man!
