Richard G. MacKay

Richard G. MacKay, 67, of West Hartford, died April 9, 2018. Born in Hartford, the son of the late William and Florence MacKay, he was raised in Hartford and attended Noah Webster School. He graduated from Loomis Chaffee in Windsor and went on to graduate from Colby College and completed his graduate degree at Brown University. Richard taught at Watertown Public Schools and also worked for the State of Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection. He is survived by his brother William M. MacKay of Boston, MA.
