NEW BEDFORD -- Stephanie Lynn (Murray) Ourique, 29, of New Bedford, died Wednesday, December 13, 2006 at home, unexpectedly. She was the wife of Steven Ourique; and daughter of William M. Murray of New Bedford and Karen E. (Speight) Murray of Harwich. She was born in New Bedford and was a lifelong resident. She attended New Bedford High School.
She was employed as a Certified Nurse's Aide at Overlook Nursing Care and at Options. She had a fondness for cats and was a collector of angels and enjoyed being with her family.
Survivors include her husband and parents; two sons, Jarrod J. Vieira and Ernest M. Vardo III; her maternal grandmother, Luciana LeBlanc and her husband Edward of Harwich; a sister, Brenda M. Murray and her companion David J. Marks of New Bedford; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Her visitation will be Sunday afternoon 2-5 PM at Rock Funeral Home and her Funeral Mass at St. Mary Church on Monday at 9 AM.
