Jane and Family,
Sorry for your lose of a Tremendous Husband and Dad. He personally took me under his wings from 7th grade on and was always helping me to be the best. Unfortunately after moving out to Colorado I didn't keep in close contact. But always would remember the times he helped me throughout HS and even coming to ESSC to watch me play. Fortunately we were just starting to talk more towards the end. It was almost a year later as I thought we just stopped connecting on a regular basis again. But our last conversation was outstanding with complements on both sides. Bob was Truly a Blessing in My Life. Wishing you the Best !

To the Robert Lauser Family,
I did not know him well as I was only in the Muhlenberg School District for the last three years of my schooling. However, as a track team member and even as a student, it was very clear to me that he was a family man. I always felt he placed himself first as role model before athletic director and staff. By role model, I don't mean for just students but also for his own colleagues.
I remember he busted a student carrying tobacco in his pocket because the snuff can lining was visible. This track athlete (and football star) was very upset, but Mr. Lauser was very calm and had a talk with him and he remained on the team. Like I said, first role model, second AD/Staff.
My deepest condolences to you, and please always remember his non-judgmental personality and especially his wonderful smile to carry you through rough days.

Bob was a faithful parishioner at Holy Guardian Angels. I enjoyed many good conversations with him and Jane at the hospital. He persevered through his diverse ailments with heroic courage and joy--not without struggle, but always with grace--such that those ailments may have limited him, but never defined him. May God reward him for his attentiveness to his family and friends, to his parish, and to his students, among whom I can in a sense include myself.

I was so sad to here Mr Lauser has died. He not only was one of favorite HS teachers, but he was such a warm and wonderful person. Always smiling, always would say hello and remembered so many of us by name, even after years of graduating from MHS. He will be missed by many. My deepest sympathy to the Lauser family.

Mary Jane, We were friends at Kutztown State from 1962-64. You invited a few of us to your first apartment after you and Bob were first married. You and Bob are a testament to two people who took their marriage vows very seriously. May Bob find rest among the saints in a place of brightness where there's no more sickness. So very sorry to read the sad news of his death. May God Give you strength.

To Jane and the family,
I met Bob several years ago, and as most of the people that have already written here have said "he had a beautiful smile, and never a harsh word to say". Even though he went through many health challenges, he kept pushing on. He was kind and he was ever so grateful for the wonderful care he received during his health care crises. I will miss that genuine smile, and his kind ways. RIP Bob and we will meet again.

To Jane & Family
Lucille and I offer our sincerest condolences on the loss of Bob.
I met Bob 56 years ago when he moved to Allentown. In the time since then, I can honestly say I haven't met a more genuine human being. I never heard him speak negatively about anything or anyone...and... you could always count on him to add light and humor to any conversation!
When I last spoke to him, even though I'm sure he was in pain, he still found a way to joke and make me laugh.
I will always remember him as the true friend and gentleman he was and will miss not seeing him at our up-coming reunion.
May he rest in peace.

Bob you were such a tremendous role model for our family in how to be a responsible and loving husband, father & grandfather. Your life of service to better the lives of others leaves a legacy that will last for many years to come. You were the only real father I've had in my life for the past 25 years, and I am so very grateful for the example you set for both our children and the world. You are so missed, Dad....but we KNOW we'll see you again!
