Aaron Michael Nott, a cherished father, beloved son, and a friend to many, passed away peacefully on July 9, 2024, in Standish, MI, at the age of 27. Born on October 1, 1996, in Bay City, MI, Aaron's infectious laughter and generous spirit were a gift to all who knew him.
Aaron's life was a testament to the love he had for his family and friends. He is survived by his adoring daughters, Jessica Nott and step-daughter Carlee Schwerin, who were the light of his life. His commitment to being the best father possible was evident in every moment he spent with them. Aaron's loving nature extended to his mother, Susan Card-Nott, his brother, Anthony Nott, and his grandmother, Judy Card, all of whom he held dear to his heart. He also leaves behind several aunts, uncles, and cousins, who will miss his presence immensely. Aaron was preceded in death by his father, George Nott, and his grandfather, Earl Card, with whom he now rests.
Aaron had a passion for working on cars. His hands were skilled, and his knowledge was vast, traits that made him the go-to person for family and friends when it came to auto repairs. Aaron's love for cars was only matched by his love for people. He cherished the time spent with loved ones, whether it was a backyard barbecue, a family gathering, or simply sharing stories and laughter. Those who knew Aaron will remember him as a loving, funny, and thoughtful individual. His ability to light up a room with his humor and to offer a helping hand without hesitation defined his character.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am, on Monday, July 15, 2024, at the Lee-Ramsay Standish Funeral Chapel, Standish, MI with Pastor Tony Reynolds presiding. The family will greet friends and family on Sunday, July 14, 2024 from 2:00 – 8:00 PM and on Monday, July 15, 2024 from 10:00 am until the time of Service at the Lee-Ramsay Standish Funeral Chapel, Standish, MI.
