Adah O. Wall, a cherished matriarch and beacon of warmth, passed away peacefully on August 16, 2025, at the age of 90, in Killeen, Texas. Born on March 24, 1935, in Newcastle, Wyoming, Adah's life was a testament to the power of love, family, and faith.

Adah's early years in Wyoming laid the foundation for a life filled with joy, hard work, and dedication. Her journey led her to Kingsland and then to Killeen, where she spent her final years surrounded by the love of her extensive family. Adah's legacy is carried on by her loving children, Linda Darlington, David Lincoln, Carl Lincoln, Debbie Hays, and Dusty Wall, as well as her 12 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews, who will forever cherish her memory.

Adah was a woman of many talents, with a career that showcased her exceptional skills as a cook and baker. Her culinary creations brought comfort and delight to many, and her involvement in various associations reflected her commitment to service and community. Adah's Christian faith was the cornerstone of her life, guiding her actions and providing solace throughout her years.

A life well-lived, Adah's interests painted the picture of a woman who embraced the simple pleasures in life. She found joy in country dancing with her late husband, Ray, losing herself in the rhythm and companionship that dance provided. Adah was an avid reader, often found with a puzzle book in hand, challenging her mind and spirit. Her love for a good yard sale was well-known, as she delighted in the thrill of discovering hidden treasures and sharing them with those she loved.

Adah's friendly demeanor, loving nature, and selfless spirit were the words that best described her. She had the unique ability to make everyone feel at home, and her presence was a source of comfort and happiness to all who knew her. Adah's life was a beautiful tapestry woven with the threads of kindness, generosity, and unwavering love.

Preceded in death by her parents, beloved husband, three sisters, two brothers, a son, a granddaughter, and a grandson, Adah's memory will be honored as a guiding light that continues to shine in the hearts of her family and friends. Her passing marks the end of an era, but her spirit will live on through the countless lives she touched.

Adah O. Wall's story is one of enduring love and the joy of a life fully embraced. As we bid farewell to this remarkable woman, we take solace in the knowledge that her legacy will continue to inspire and uplift for generations to come. Adah's life was a gift to us all, and her memory will be treasured forever.
