Addison Shiloh Ladner, 14, of Lumberton, MS. left this world before our hearts were ready, October 5, 2024, in Lumberton, MS. Shiloh was born a happy and healthy baby girl, on March 27, 2010, in Hattiesburg, to her parents James Westley Ladner and Mariah Cheyenne Parker. Shiloh was a joyful little girl who from a young age loved the beach and all sports, especially football. She was kindhearted and selfless; she took the time to love and befriend anyone she met. Shiloh loved to make you smile and could easily have you rolling on the floor laughing with her quick wit and good humor. Shiloh was a normal kid, she aggravated her siblings, especially her brother, she loved Chinese food, seafood, and could always be found deep in a good book! As Shiloh got older, she of course, loved hanging out with her friends and her black nails! Shiloh loved her family, and she will be remembered as their happy and carefree little girl who loved life. Shiloh is preceded in death by her great grandfathers, Douglas Lowe, and Elbert Parker; her grandfather, Lavon Sistrunk; and one cousin, Hayze Sistrunk. Left to cherish the time God allowed for Shiloh to bless their lives, her loving momma, Mariah (David Cook) Parker; her daddy, Westley Ladner; three sisters, Kiah Bolin, MJ Dement, and Da'lynn Cook; one brother, Maddoxx Bolin; grandparents, Rusty and Rhonda Parker, Melissa Ladner, and Beverly Sistrunk; great grandparents, Betty Lowe, Evelyn Parker, and Billy Wayne and Linda Martin; two aunts, Jordan (Destry) Sistrunk, and Laken (Jim) Davison; one uncle, Alex Ladner; her best friends Brilee, Serenity, Karlee, Kolten, Haygen, Abby, Bradly, Jayllen, Korbenn, Collin, Kaden, and Renee. Shiloh leaves a legacy of numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, and so many friends that she loved so much! Services for Shiloh will be held at Baxterville Baptist Church, beginning Friday, October 11, 2024, for a visitation from 5-8 pm. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, October 12, 2024, beginning at 10:30 am with Interment to directly follow at Lowe Family Cemetery. Pallbearers for Shiloh will be Destry Sistrunk, Lee Beach, Alex Ladner, Jim Davison, Alex Carter, David Jones, Seth Nelson, Hunter Johnson, and Randy Lowe. Trinity Funeral Services is honored to serve the Ladner family during this time, and we would ask that you remember Mariah and the rest of the family in your thoughts and prayers over the difficult days ahead.
Shiloh's family would like to encourage everyone to help stop bullying and to be kind, for you never truly know the damage your actions and words have on an impressionable soul. For the pain of losing a child never gets easier and it is a pain that no parent should ever have to endure.

We are so sorry to read this about your precious daughter, granddaughter, sister, cousin, niece and friend. We too have, just on September 22, lost our granddaughter to suicide caused from bullying at school. She was a student at D'Iberville High School. It seems these schools allow the bullies to run rampant with no repercussions. If you want to reach out, we are here. Our hearts break for you all.
