Alan Leon Foskey 64 of Snow Hill, Maryland passed away at home on October 22, 2024.
He was born in Salisbury, Maryland. Alan was the son of the late Alton V, Foskey Sr and Daisey Luett Foskey.
In addition to his parents, he was proceeded in death by his brother Alton and his sister Barbara Dezarn.
He is survived by his sister Jeannie Quillen of Snow hill, Md and his sister Chelsi Johnson of Salisbury, MD and a host of nieces and great nieces and nephews. Alan will be missed but never forgotten.
Alan attended Snow Hill High School. After school he worked with his dad farming. He was also a poultry grower for many years. He loved hunting and fishing. His love for the outdoors led him to be employed by the Pocomoke River State Park of Maryland Parks Service. Special thanks for all their support and friendship for the past 11 years.
Our family would like to thank those at Coastal Hospice for their help during this time. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Coastal Hospice
Cremation (Eastern Shore Cremation Berlin,MD) followed Alan's passing. A memorial service will be held on November 2.2024 at 2:00 p.m. at the Snow Hill Mennonite Church 5927 Worcester Hwy Snow Hill, MD 21863. Johnny Malcom and Jeannie Quillen will officiate
Alan's Final resting place will be with his parents in Bowen's Cemetary in Newark, Md

I meet Alan and all the Foskey family when my family moved to Newark Maryland in 1973. He frequently visited my family in Newark and later was a good friend to me and my husband Herman Mitchell of 35 years. I have many good memories of times we spent with Allen, fishing, crabbing, hunting, movies n just chilling
