He was born on December 21, 1951, in Waldron, Missouri, to Frankie B. Hoskins and Alpha E. Hoskins. The family moved to Parkville, Missouri, in 1947. His educational background included his attendance at Banneker Elementary School in Parkville, Missouri, East High School in Kansas City, Missouri, Central Missouri State University (now University of Central Missouri) in Warrensburg, Missouri, and Park University in Parkville, Missouri.
He was united in marriage to Rosemarie Armada after meeting her in 1988. After a loving relationship, they united in marriage in 1996 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
He was preceded in death by both parents Frankie and Alpha Hoskins, wife Rosemarie Armada, brothers Wallace F. Hoskins, Gaylon E. Hoskins, Elton L. Hoskins, Frank Hoskins and Hermon Hoskins, and sisters Verda L. Hoskins and Pinkie Taylor.
Albert received Christ as his personal Savior at Mount Washington Missionary Baptist Church in Parkville, Missouri under the pastorate of Rev. Leroy Powell.
He was employed at Kanas City Metro as an accountant, Saint Luke's Hospital as security service, and Ubites Filmworks in Shawnee, Kansas, where he was the owner specializing in film and video production.
He leaves to mourn one son, Felipe, daughter-in-law and grandson of Jacksonville, Florida. His sisters, Edith Caldwell of Riverview, Florida, and Daisy Young (Preston) of Grandview, Missouri, his brother Eugene Hoskins (Mary) of Kansas City, Missouri, and his foster sister B. Louise Penny of Kansas City, Missouri.
Services will be Tuesday, May 13, 2025, 11 am at Watkins Heritage Chapel, visitation 10 am til service time. Interment in XII Gates Cemetery.
