ALBERT JAMES LOUVIER

Albert James Louvier entered eternal rest at West Jefferson Medical Center on Friday, August 15, 2025, at the age of 73. He was a retired truck driver. Albert was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Avondale, LA. Beloved husband of Mittie T. Louvier. Loving father of Trishawn Louvier Jarmon, and Allen James Louviere. Devoted grandfather of Madison Williams, Colin Williams, and Reese Williams. Son of the late Leonard and Monnette Louvier. Brother of the late Willie Louvier, Wafford James Louvier, Gerald Louvier, Leonard Louvier, Jr., Donald Louvier, Sr.,  Rose Mary McAdams, and Barbara Jean Seabrooks. Uncle of the late Paul Seabrooks, Jr., also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also priest and parishioners of St. Martin DePorres Catholic Church and all neighboring churches are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Martin De Porres Catholic Church 5621 Elysian Fields Ave. New Orleans, LA on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 8:00a.m.until service time at the above named church.
