Alfreda Trotochaud, 90, of Windham, New Hampshire, passed away peacefully on August 30, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family.

She was raised in South Lawrence, MA, and was a graduate of Lawrence High School. She went on to build a long and successful career with Lucent Technologies, where she worked for 30 years before her retirement. She was married to her husband, Leo Trotochaud for 53 years before his passing.

Alfreda lived a life full of joy, laughter, and simple pleasures. She loved trips to Foxwoods, where she could often be found playing cards, and she had a passion for cooking and baking, and watching the Red Sox.

Alfreda is predeceased by her parents, William and Sophie O'Brien, her husband, Leo Trotochaud, as well as her son, James Trotochaud.

She is survived by her daughter, Linda Bamford and husband Ken Peters of Nottingham, NH, her grandchildren, Erica, Kristy, Derek, Taylor, and Luke, as well as her great grandchildren Peyton, Logan, and Landon.

Services will be private for the family.

Memorial contributions in Alfrieda's name may be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at 501 St. Jude’s Place, Memphis TN 38105.
