Alice was an absolute joy to be with. She was my adopted "Colorado Mom" since I had no family in Colorado. I miss her to this day, 41 years since I moved away. I wish I had kept in better contact with the Holbrook's. She was an inspiration for me, always offering her wisdom with love. Heaven is blessed with her presence! -Shannon Morgan, Florida.

I first met Alice in 1990 at Faith Baptist Church. I was young and was walking on sand; she was wise and standing on rock. My husband and I joined her and Del on the mission to plant a church in Elizabeth. There is a story from that time, where a door was closed and a window open, literally. Alice always said she couldn't wait to see Jesus, face to face. Oh how glorious that must have been. Love you dear friend. Remembering Ps 19:14.
