Alice M. Joseph

Age 97, of Pittsburgh, peacefully passed away on Monday, February 24, 2025 at her home. Beloved wife of the late George Joseph; loving mother of Nancy George and Kenneth (Georgina) Joseph; proud grandmother of Damian (Hayah) George, Alicia George, and Stephen (Marilee) Joseph; caring great grandmother of Zachary and Trevor Joseph, Noura, Luca and Fayrouz George. Alice worked at Sears for many years until her retirement, starting in Dormont then relocating to South Hills Village. She was a long-time member and very active in her church, St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church in Oakland. Alice was a superb seamstress, always sewing for her family. She was kind and friendly woman, who was always outspoken, but cared deeply for her family and friends. Family and Friends are welcome at St. George Antiochian Orthodox Cathedral, 3400 Dawson St., Pittsburgh, PA 15213 on Saturday, March 1, 2025, 10AM until time of service at 11AM. Interment to follow at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery.
