Allison McArthur, passed away on June 24, 2025, in Adairsville, Georgia, at the age of 44. Born on August 8, 1980, in Marietta, Georgia, Allison was a woman whose life was rich with passion, warmth, and laughter.
She was a proud graduate of Cherokee High School Class of 1998. Allison had a profound adoration for animals. Her gentle and nurturing nature made her the perfect advocate for all creatures big and small. Allison's love for her family was boundless, and she cherished every moment spent with loved ones, creating memories that they will hold dear forever.
Allison dedicated years of service as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). She had an extensive Beanie Baby collection, a quirky hobby that showcased her playful and cheerful disposition.
Allison will be remembered as an outgoing, loving, caring, and-sometimes wonderfully-goofy individual. Her presence was a comfort, her laughter a melody, and her acts of kindness a testament to the depth of her beautiful soul. She has left this world far too soon, but the memory of her will be cherished and celebrated for generations to come.
She was preceded in death by her father, Robert McArthur; and grandparents, Calvin and Mildred McArthur.
Allison is survived by her mother, Sheron Wirtz (Ed Cochrane); sister, Breanna Wirtz (Austin Mashburn); nephew, Noah Mashburn; aunt, Lois Jackson; cousins, Heather Jackson and Russ Jackson; as well as other family and friends.
Services were privately held.
