In Loving Memory
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Amanda L. Friend on June 9, 2025 at the age of 50. Amanda was a beloved wife to Donald, mother to Wesley and Brighton of Indiana, daughter to Linda Siebert of FL and Wesley Siebert of OK, step-daughter to Cacina Siebert of OK, and sister to Amy Rey of FL and sister-in-law to Angel Rey of FL. She was blessed to have a caring, loving work family at Moore Police Department 911 of OK whom she cherished. Amanda was a bright member of the community, and a beacon of love, kindness, and generosity throughout her battle with cancer.
Born on March 19, 1975, in Massachusetts, Amanda lived a life filled with purpose and grace. Known for her unwavering compassion, sense of humor, and love of animals, she had an extraordinary ability to touch the hearts of everyone she met.
Amanda's light may no longer shine in this world, but her memory will forever illuminate the lives of those who knew and loved her. Rest in peace, dear, sweet Amanda. You will be profoundly missed and lovingly remembered.
Amanda's ceremony will be on Saturday June 28th, with burial at 1:30pm and a celebration of life immediately following from 2:00pm to 4:00pm. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to the American Cancer Society, or a Pet Rescue Center of your choosing.
