No words can truly convey just how special Amanda was. She was an amazing wife, daughter, friend, and partner in crime. Amanda lit up the room. She had an amazing smile and her laughter was infectious and pure gold. She knew how to make you feel great. Amanda had a way of elevating people. She made life fun, with her even a trip to the grocery store could turn into an adventure chocked full of memories. She was a Queen who cherished life, celebrated it and just knew how to live it. She was loved everywhere she went and by all she met. She loved immensely and intensely. Simply put, she was magical. There are so many Amanda Stories.
She deeply loved her Nanny and mother Victoria Dobbins who she cherished. She loved her friend and mother-in-law Tammy Ramsey and her father-in-law Phil Ramsey Sr. She loved her Aunt Tammy and Aunty Shabon, who she spoke of often. Amanda was so proud of and greatly loved her children: daughter, Brittney Noland and her husband Rickky Noland, and their two beautiful children, Charles and Elena; her son, Jason Allen and his wife Kendra Allen and her daughter Jayde Metz. There were countless, riotous stories of her favorite friends, Brandy Schau Dibert, Jodi Keller, Jenifer Reiman, Elke Good, and Sarah Kovacs. Amanda was loved deeply and always by her husband, Phil Ramsey II, who she provided with the most profound love he ever knew. Amanda greatly valued time but sadly was not given enough. She will be forever loved and held in the hearts of many.
A time of celebrating Amanda's life and memorial service for close friends and family will be held from 5:00PM until 6:00PM on Saturday, January 18, 2025, at the Broyles-Shrewsbury Funeral Home in Peterstown, WV.
