Amy Frances Dearinger, 56, of Chicago's West Rogers Park neighborhood, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by love on June 3, 2024.
Born in Melrose Park, IL and raised in Maywood, IL, Amy graduated from Mother Guerin High School and earned her Bachelors in Economics from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She held various positions in her life including insurance agent, shiatsu practitioner, and admin of a podiatrist office in Lincoln Park.
Amy loved riding her bike and visiting Florida with her husband of 18 years, Michael Allen Kovie, who preceded her in death.
Cherished daughter of the late Donald Glenn Dearinger and Rose Katherine Dearinger (nee Lulich).
Dear sister of Nancy (Tom Walach), the late Cathy, Donna (the late Russ Blette), Keith, and Donald (Mary Godlewski) Dearinger. Loving aunt of Diana (John Lambrinos) and Christian Christofersen, Ryan Walach, Austin Stimes, April (Tim) Wess, Eric Stimes, and Jade Pinney. Great aunt of Lydia and Henry Wess.
Amy has chosen Organic Human Reduction.
