Andrew Craig Kohn was born in Plainfield, New Jersey on October 17, 1957 to the late Doris Leech and Paul L. Kohn. He died on July 19, 2022 at Hartford (CT) Hospital. He was preceded in death by his brother Jeffrey (Janet) and is survived by his sister Kathleen Schaap (Robert) and brothers John (Linda), Peter (Adrianne) and Thomas. Andy's family is grateful for the care provided by his conservator Ronald Kutz and especially to the staff at 60 West Skilled Nursing Facility. Rest in peace brother dear.
