Andrew Arthur Vallozzi IV, 37, of Naples, Florida, passed away on June 23, 2025.
Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to Andrew Arthur Vallozzi III and Amy Marie Burcyzk, Andrew left an indelible mark on the lives of all who knew him.
Andrew grew up outside Milwaukee and graduated in 2005 from St. John's Northwestern Military Academy, where he excelled in both academics and athletics. He went on to study at George Washington University, the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, and the University of Wisconsin-Madison. During this time, he was a collegiate athlete in rowing, a member of the Reserve Officers' Training Corps, and a Chinese major, which gave him the opportunity to study and travel abroad in China. While completing his studies, Andrew worked a variety of jobs, gathering an eclectic array of experiences that included working in a scuba dive shop, as a crash test center technician, bartending, serving as a barista, and even tending cattle at a dairy research center.
After earning his degree in Chinese in 2010, Andrew was commissioned as an officer in the United States Air Force. He served for six years as an Intelligence Officer in Germany and Texas, specializing in intelligence collection and advanced data analysis, and deployed several times in support of his missions. It was during this time that Andrew learned his love for travel, embracing different cultures and unique experiences. He also developed a passion for teaching and mentoring fellow service members, both within the United States military and among allied foreign forces. When asked, Andrew never hesitated to describe this as his favorite job; he was even recognized as an outstanding instructor during his final assignment in Texas.
It was during his time in Texas that Andrew met his future wife, Kaycee. Kaycee, who was on a temporary duty assignment as a guest instructor in Andrew's unit, would say it was watching the passion with which he taught that captured her heart. Andrew would say that after meeting Kaycee, he finally felt fully understood, and that in each other they found their perfect complement. From that point forward, and even before, there was no greater love in Andrew's life than the love he felt for Kaycee.
In 2016, Andrew was honorably discharged from the Air Force and transitioned into a career as a Wealth Management Advisor with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in Naples. During his time as a financial advisor, he earned multiple professional certifications and a Master's degree in Financial Planning. He possessed a rare gift for combining the technical expertise required for his role with compassion and care for his clients' lives and well-being. His coworkers remember him for his unwaveringly positive presence in the office, his ability to build others up, and his sharp intellect.
Outside of work, Andrew was deeply engaged in his community, serving for several years as Vice President of the Military Officers Association of Southwest Florida. He enjoyed fitness training, competitive shooting, playing the drums, riding his Harley, listening to music, spending time with his wife, and, most recently, playing pickleball. His intellectual curiosity was insatiable, and he possessed an encyclopedic knowledge of countless topics. There was hardly a subject Andrew did not discuss with enthusiasm and insight. His many friends and acquaintances fondly recall the wisdom and countless stories he shared, having accumulated such a wealth of life experiences in his 37 years.
All who met Andrew were truly the better for it. All who knew Andrew will forever hold a part of him in their hearts.
Andrew is survived by his loving wife, Kaycee Vallozzi; his parents, Andrew Vallozzi III and Amy Burczyk; his grandparents, Andrew and Janet Vallozzi; his sisters, Amanda (Matthew) Onesko and Allicia (Nicholas) Janutol and their families; and his dog, Roland. He was preceded in death by his loyal dog, Jackson.
A celebration of Andrew's life will be held at Naples Botanical Garden on Saturday, July 26, 2025, at 3:00pm.
In lieu of flowers or other gifts, please consider a donation for the Andrew A. Vallozzi IV Memorial Scholarship for JROTC Cadets (found at https://qrco.de/bg7Pd0). Donations will be transferred to a foundation dedicated to providing financial assistance to exceptional JROTC cadets as they pursue collegiate studies and participate in ROTC programs, thereby contributing to the development of our military's future leaders.

Rest in Peace, Old Boy. Your presence was huge before your time. You will be remembered during our Founders Day Memorial Service on alumni weekend in 2026. Your name will be read as the bell will toll and a red rose will be presented in your name by a senior cadet at the Academy. Sending my personal condolences to all your family and friends.
Most sincerely,
