Among various things, Andrez was an avid gamer, anime enthusiast, and admirer of horror films. He is survived by: his father, Anthony Collazo; brother, Giovanni Collazo; stepmother, Gineska Collazo; stepfather, Jermaine Gray; Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and Grandparents.
The Visitation will be Friday, February 21, 2025, from 10:00am to 12:00pm at Ponte Vedra Valley. The Funeral service will closely follow the visitation at 12:00pm.
A private burial will be held Saturday, February 22, 2025, at Ponte Vedra Valley.
