Angela Hocking Obituary
Angela Kay (Roskuski) Hocking, 56, of Champaign, Illinois, passed away on Thursday, August 14, 2025, at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, Illinois. Angela was born on January 1, 1969, in Lafayette, to Charles and Carol (Carter) Roskuski.
On October 30, 1998, Angela married the love of her life Alfred “Ted” Hocking, and he survives. Angela was a 1987 graduate of Delphi High School. She later went on to attend Purdue University and eventually attending Parkland College in Illinois and eventually becoming a registered nurse where she worked at St. Joseph Medical Center.
In her free time, Angela enjoyed anything arts and crafts related and she had a passion for animals. Her favorite hobby was attending car shows and entering her prized Mustang Mach 1 into competitions. Her most cherished past time was spent with her loving family.
Angela is survived by her parents; Charles and Carol Roskuski, husband; Alfred Hocking, children; Collin and Charles Hocking, several nieces and nephews, and several cousins.
A graveside service honoring the life of Angela will be held on Thursday, September 18th, 2025, at 1 pm, located at Masonic Cemetery in Delphi.
