Angelina Luscri Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Heeney-Sundquist Funeral Home - Farmington on Oct. 13, 2025.

Publish in a newspaper

Angie, of Novi, a beloved sister, aunt, Godmother, and friend, passed into eternal life early Sunday morning, October 12, 2025, at her home. Angie was 66 years old and valiantly battled ovarian cancer for three years. Her determination, faith, and grace throughout her illness were a testament to her incredible strength and spirit.

Born June 8, 1959, in Detroit, Angie was the daughter of the late Frank and Rosina (Varacalli) Luscri. She was raised in Southfield and graduated from Southfield High School with the Class of 1977 and continued her education following graduation. From an early age, she displayed drive and ambition that would define her career and her life. At just 18, she began her career in semiconductor sales with Texas Instruments-an impressive start that led to decades of professional excellence. Throughout her life, Angie built lasting friendships, relationships, and earned the respect of her many colleagues and coworkers. She retired from Analog Devices Inc. in September 2023.

Angie was a woman of intelligence, generosity, and quiet strength. She loved reading and travel, and she was deeply committed to health and wellness-so much so that she became a certified personal trainer. She approached fitness as she did everything else in life: with energy, focus, and dedication.

Family was at the center of Angie's world. She was a devoted daughter, sister, aunt, and Godmother, and she poured her heart into celebrating her loved ones' milestones-never missing a graduation, a birthday, or an important moment. She adored her nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews, cherishing the joy of holding them as babies and watching them grow.

Angie's generous heart extended to her countless friends, who knew her for her radiant smile, her thoughtful listening ear, and her steadfast loyalty. She had a wonderful sense of style-selective in the best way, thoughtful about every detail, from her home to her clothing, to the company she kept. She loved Tiger baseball, often seen cheering at Comerica Park, where she most recently celebrated her birthday this past June.

A woman of faith, Angie found comfort and peace in her relationship with God. During her illness, she made a heartfelt pilgrimage to the Solanus Casey Shrine-not just to pray for herself, but for her family and friends.

Angie's intelligence, beauty, and kindness made a lasting impression on everyone who knew her. She will be remembered for her radiant smile, her strength, and her unwavering devotion to the people she loved.

She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Surviving are her devoted siblings, Maria (David) Kenney, Fran (Don) Massara, Frank (Gerryanna) Luscri; Nieces and nephews, Tory (Jessica) Massara, Alexandra (Mason) Irvin, Tianna (Alex) Givens, Bianca Massara (Tom) Angela Luscri (Shayd) Cristina (Scot) Fiskars and Francesco (Jenna) Luscri; Great nieces and nephews, Giuliana, Amelia, Lila, Charlotte, Lilianna, Nico, Asher and Natalie.

Angie's funeral mass will be celebrated Saturday morning, October 25, at 10:00 am (in state 9:30 am) at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, 23615 Power Road, Farmington.

In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes are kindly suggested to the Michigan Ovarian Cancer Alliance, 2075 West Stadium Blvd., #2649, Ann Arbor, MI 48106.
