**Angelo Alexander-Guiseppe Zuccaro**
*August 2, 2008 – January 17, 2025*
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Angelo Alexander-Guiseppe Zuccaro on Friday, January 17, 2025. Angelo, age 16, was a resident of Shelby Township, Michigan, and was born in Troy, Michigan, on a beautiful Saturday, August 2, 2008.
Angelo was a gentle soul with a kind heart and an infectious smile that would light up any room. His presence brought joy and warmth to everyone he encountered. He was a cherished son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend.
Angelo's memory will be forever treasured by his devoted parents, Nicole Elizabeth Zuccaro and Richard Thomas-Rocco Zuccaro, both of Shelby Township, MI. He was the wonderful big brother to his sister, Bella, and the adored grandson of Tom (Julie Fifield) Zuccaro, Cheryl Julien, and David and Annemarie Wiater.
He leaves behind a legacy of love and camaraderie with his cousins: Tommy, Sophia, Braeden, Rowan, Aubrey, Lincoln, Lukasz, Kenzie, and Autumn. He was the beloved nephew of Tom and Rachel Zuccaro, Mike and Kristin Tompos, Jennifer Starr, and Michael and Michelle Starr. Angelo was also a special friend to Mya and Keagan, with whom he shared a unique and irreplaceable bond.
Angelo was a dedicated student who was passionate about baseball, his greatest love, where he worked tirelessly to bring his dreams to life. His dad, mom, and sister Bella were his biggest cheerleaders, supporting him every step of the way. Beyond the field, Angelo enjoyed playing guitar, basketball, and spending time with his family, especially enjoying pizza nights every Friday. He loved his family and friends dearly and was known for giving the best bear hugs.
He found great joy in thrifting, snacking, and cherishing time with his dogs, Lulu and Bolt. Angelo's favorite memories were created in Port Austin, where he fished with his dad, and in moments spent learning to drive with his mom. The joys he found in all kinds of music were matched only by his love for shoes and the feeling of belonging they gave him.
Angelo is no longer in pain, and he now rests peacefully in the arms of Jesus, alongside his Papa, Grandma, and Uncle Matt.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during the visitation at Wasik Funeral Home in Shelby Township, MI, on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm. A Scripture Service will be held on the same evening, from 7:00 pm to 7:30 pm. A Funeral Service will follow at Wasik Funeral Home on Thursday, January 23, 2025, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Rest now, our sweet angel, Angelo. Your love and spirit will forever reside in our hearts.
