I had the esteem honor to cook for Ellis and Ann Yan for several years as their corporate and personal chef.
I am deeply saddened by the news of Ann's passing. From the moment I met Ann a few things stood out to me I still remember to this day. Her resourcefulness, she recycled and saved many things, waiting for the moment they would come in handy-and they did with her vision, she would find all the pieces and parts to make it work. Her love of gardening, animals, and being outside. And her commitment to her family.
She welcomed me into her home, I cooked for various business and family functions and I always valued seeing a personal side to the Yan family. I am blessed to have had those experiences.
My deepest condolences for the Yan family, Ellis and Lillian. I'm so sorry I could not attend the services in person.
God bless and may Ann rest in eternal peace.

With heavy hearts, we are so very saddened to hear of Ann's passing. She was a tremendously strong, kind, and awe-inspiring woman! We are so very blessed to have gotten to know her throughout the years. The love of horses brought us all together. Ann will be deeply missed. May the good Lord continue to bless and protect the entire Yan & Fisher family, especially during these difficult and heart-breaking times.
