It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ann Cecelia Gallagher, age 93, of Washington Crossing, PA. She passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 at Capital Health Hopewell.
Born in Brooklyn, NY, Ann resided in Washington Crossing for 20 years before moving to Lawrence Township 2 years ago.
Ann's devotion to family was the heart of her world. She leaves behind a legacy of love, resilience and strength that lives on in her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Her grandchildren loved that she was an avid fan of both Notre Dame and Penn State football teams.
She played with a nine-hole golf group for many years and loved to watch professional golf. She and her grandson had a common love for Tiger Woods.
She was very active in her Traditions community in Washington Crossing. It brought her great joy to deliver Meals on Wheels. She loved to help plan parties and events. She also enjoyed her Bunko group and Bocce Ball team.
Daughter of the late Robert and Mary (Farrell) Bogart and wife of the late Patrick Joseph Gallagher, she is survived by 2 daughters and sons-in-law - Cathy and Chris Sheehan and Mary Ann and David Tralka - 7 grandchildren – Kelly, Patrick, Danny, Chase, Annie, Samantha and Paige - 5 great grandchildren - Emma, Lucy, Christopher, Conor and Beatrice - and several nieces and nephews.
Her Funeral Mass at St. George Roman Catholic Church in Titusville, and her burial in the Cemetery of the Holy Rood in Westbury, NY, will be held privately at the convenience of the family, entrusted to the care of the J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel, Morrisville, PA
