Rosetta Annabelle Sheridan, age 102, of Springfield, Missouri, passed away on September 29, 2025, at her home. Annabelle was born on August 10, 1923, near Ash Grove, MO to Zophar and Golden Zongker, and grew up in the Ash Grove/Willard areas. She graduated at age 16 from Senior High School in Springfield MO. Annabelle was united in marriage to Joseph C. Sheridan on December 29, 1939, in Marshfield, MO.

Annabelle was a loving mother and grandmother and adored by all. Her greatest joy in life was raising her six children over a span of 43 years, sixteen grandchildren, fifty great grandchildren and six great- great grandchildren. She was a wonderful homemaker, cook, gardener, and found time to be home room mother and PTA president throughout her children's school days.

Annabelle started her working career at age 61, at Silver Dollar City, where she worked for 10 years until her retirement at 71. She loved being surrounded by so many wonderful co-workers and was loved by her bosses and touched many lives.

She was a life-long member of High Street Baptist Church, being a charter member, along with her parents and siblings. Her faith in God remained strong throughout her life and showed through her sweet nature and kindness to all who knew her.

Annabelle was preceded in death by her husband Joe Sheridan; sisters Loleta Dayton, Mary June Barton, Ruby Bell; daughter, Marianne Schroyer; and son-in-law, Larry Maples.

She is survived by her brother Tommy Zongker; daughters Gail (Toby)Bottom, Lynn (David) Rice, Carla (Gary) Grey, Deanna Maples; son Greg (Renee)Sheridan; son-in-law Dave Schroyer; as well as the above-mentioned grandchildren, and several nieces.

A visitation for Annabelle will be held at High Street Baptist Church on Friday, October 3, 2025, at 12:00 PM, followed by the funeral service at 1:00 PM with Pastor Eddie Lyons officiating. The burial will follow at Hazelwood Cemetery.

Services are being provided by Greenlawn Funeral Home North.
