With profound sympathy, we acknowledge the transitioning of Anthony (Tony) Eugene Buffum, a beloved father, son, and friend, who entered into eternal rest on July 10, 2024. Born on October 12, 1963 in Denver, CO, USA, Tony was a life-long resident of Denver, where he touched many lives in his 60 years.
Tony, as he was fondly known, was a spirited and adventurous soul. His compassion for others was evident in his everyday life. Whether he was playing Bingo, taking a leisurely walk, grocery shopping, or on an expedition to find unique collectibles, Tony was known to spread laughter and joy with his funny and outgoing personality. His faith in God was the cornerstone of his life. Tony was a proud Christian, his belief in the teachings of Christ guiding him in his actions. His dedication to serving others was a testament to his faith. As stated in Proverbs 19:17, "Whoever is kind to the poor lends to the LORD, and he will reward them for what they have done." This verse encapsulates Tony's spirit and his life's mission.
Anthony loved his Family, Daughters, and Grandchildren more than he could ever express. He was the cherished son of Christine Mazza and Larry Buffum, both whom preceded him in death. He was survived by his brothers and sisters Theresa, Chris, Lisa, Mike. Daughters and Grandchildren Shawna, Julianna, Joshua, Stella, Silas and Josephine, Jayden, Jaxen, Jonaven. And Nieces and Nephews Roxanne, Sararenee', Jon, Lexus, Shawn. Tony will be remembered as a man who was not only funny and spirited but also caring and compassionate. His memory will continue to live on in the hearts of those who loved him and those whose lives he touched.
We invite you to share your memories of Tony and to upload photos to his memorial page. In doing so, we keep his spirit alive and remind ourselves of the joy and love he brought into our lives. His journey on earth may have ended, but his spirit lives on in our hearts.
