Anthony is predeceased by his children Angela Carbone and Anthony Carbone.
Anthony is survived by his loving wife Grace Carbone, his daughter-in-law Shari Carbone and many loving nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
A memorial mass will be offered Wednesday, June 21st at 10:00 AM at Most Holy Redeemer Roman Catholic Church, 133 Amboy Rd, Matawan, NJ. A burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery, Queens.
