It is with very heavy hearts to announce the passing of our beloved Father, son, grandson, brother, uncle, nephew, and dear friend, Anthony Moore.
Anthony joined his mother and grandmother in heaven and will continue to watch over his family and children as an angel protecting over us.
Anthony was born May 4th, 1982, in Phoenix, Arizona, and sadly passed on July 14th, 2025, at the young age of 43.
He leaves behind 3 sons Jared, Julian, and Braeden (9 years). Older brother James Urias, and sister Nikkole Urias, as well as his grandfather Fernando Urias.
Anthony was an avid track star and football player in high school, where he graduated from McClintock High Tempe, AZ, in 2000.
He enjoyed spending time training with his youngest son for sports and was into physical fitness and music. Anthony loved the holidays, especially enjoying his beloved Grandmother's tamales.
There is a void in our hearts with him being gone, and we will continue to pray for strength and guidance. He was very much loved, and we will continue to honor his wishes for his youngest son Braeden to continue his path in sports, and remain close to family through this difficult time and the future to come.
Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Life service for Anthony on Saturday, July 26th, 10am- 12pm at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85018.
