It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Antoinette Fioravanti, who left us peacefully surrounded by her loving family on March 2, 2025, at the age of 96. Born on June 17, 1928, to the late Pasquale and Giovannina Calario, Antoinette was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend.
She was the beloved wife of the late Raymond J. Fioravanti, with whom she shared a life filled with love and cherished memories. Antoinette was predeceased by her sisters, Mary Casella and Frances Maldera, and her grandson, Brian Johnson. She leaves behind her loving daughters and sons-in-law, Joanne and Francis O'Malley and Janice and Edward Johnson, as well as her adored grandchildren: Andrea and Jonathan Bucchere, Jamie and David Reynolds, Craig and Sarah Johnson, and Douglas and Tina Johnson. Antoinette was also a proud and doting great-grandmother to Jonathan, Joseph, Ryan, David, Nicholas, Annabel, Cora, Lena, and Caden. She also leaves behind her beloved dog, Marley, and her African Grey parrot, Pepe.
Antoinette will be remembered for her wonderful storytelling, which captivated and entertained family and friends alike. She was a gifted baker, and her infamous pizzelles became a beloved tradition, shared with everyone fortunate enough to taste them. Her love of shopping, especially for treasures to bring back to her family, was legendary, and she had an incredible knack for finding the perfect bargain at Ross Dress for Less and T.J. Maxx. But most of all, she will be remembered for the love and devotion she gave to her family, who were the center of her world.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 7, 2025 at 10:30 am at St. Raphael-Holy Angels Parish located at 3500 S. Broad Street, Hamilton, NJ 08610. Interment will be private. The family invites all those who knew and loved Antoinette to join in honoring her remarkable life.
Antoinette will be dearly missed but forever remembered. Her legacy of love and kindness will live on in the hearts of her family and all who were fortunate enough to know her.
