He was a blues man and loved to play the guitar.
He is survived by son, Brandon Eckhoff; daughter, Cassie Rice; son, Dayton Eckhoff; four grandchildren; niece, Greta Devaughn.
Predeceased by parents, Eric and Winnie Eckhoff; sister, Palma Sue Havard.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Sigler Funeral Home, 601-947-3112, www.siglerfuneral.com, 4248 Main Street, Lucedale, MS, is in charge of arrangements.
