Arturo De Hoyos III, 7 years of age, has gone to be with God in the garden of heaven on May 21, 2025, in Laredo, Texas. Arturo was born in Laredo, Texas, on May 21, 2018. God granted him 7 years exactly to be with us on this earth and now will be looking down from his glorious palace, where we too hope to be reunited with him when our time comes. He was a 1st grade student at Killam Elementary School.
Surviving him are his mother: Dallaly Abigail (Eduardo Mateo Rodriguez) Rivera; siblings: Kianna De Hoyos, Eduardo Mateo Rodriguez Jr.; maternal grandparents: Norma Yolanda Rivera and Pedro Rivera Martinez; aunts and uncles: Pedro Rivera Jr., Alexis (Danna Ylethe Aparicio) Rivera; as well as numerous other relatives, and friends.
The family will receive condolences on Sunday, May 25, 2025, from 4 to 9 pm at Hillside Funerals and Cremations, where a Rosary will be offered at 7 pm.
Funeral services will continue on Monday, May 26, 2025, from 7 am until 9:30 am, where the procession will depart to San Vicente de Paul Catholic Church, where a funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 am.
Cremation services will take place at a later date.
