Ashley Elizabeth Eckhoff, 39, Jefferson City, gained her angel wings after a hard-fought battle with cancer on June 13, 2023 at Capital Region Medical Center in Jefferson City Missouri. Ashley was born in Kansas City, Missouri on June 8, 1984.

She grew up in Burrton KS, graduated from Burrton High School in 2003. Burrton is where she met her best friend, love of her life and husband, Adam. They were married on August 1, 2009 at Mark Twain Lake in Missouri. They had 3 beautiful children together. Carson 15, Adalee and Ryelee 9.

Ashley had worked in several places over the years where she impacted the lives of those that were lucky enough to know her. The last 7 years she worked at Scholastic where she made lifelong friends.

Ashley was always a bright spot in the days of those that she loved and those that loved her. She enjoyed spending time with her friends and family playing games, listening to music, traveling to see family, playing sand volleyball and making memories. She loved her family fiercely. She and Adam shared a love of music and often spent time together listening to all different genres on the porch while the kids would play. She enjoyed karaoke and was the life of every party she attended. She loved float trips with whoever was willing to go. She was involved with the PTO, she enjoyed kayaking when she had time. She loved being a wife and momma and took great pride in being involved in any and everything they wanted her to be in.

Ashley is survived by her husband: Adam; children: Carson, Adalee and Ryelee of the home; mother: Tami (Paul) Wilson, of Jefferson City MO; brothers: Kory (Ashley) Sexton of Jefferson City, Jeremy Wilson of Cape Girardeau, MO.; sister: Jessica (Eric) Belmar of House Springs, MO.; nieces: Aeva, Natalie, Emma. Ashley is from a large family and is survived by many extended family members including her in-laws, several aunts, uncles, cousins and her grandfather.

Welcoming her to heaven on June 13, 2023, was her father: Timothy Sexton who passed away suddenly when Ashley was 15 months old. Her paternal grandmother: Diane Sexton; maternal grandparents: Don and Clara Chappell; uncle: Shane Chappell; aunt, Darla Wilson.
