Audrey R. Anthony Kupniewski, 93, formerly of Erie, passed away Monday, October 14, 2024 in Palm Harbor Florida. She was born January 15, 1931 in Erie, a daughter of the late Frank and Julia (Kacmarek) Anthony.
Audrey was a graduate of Villa Maria Academy Class of 1947. She worked for General Telephone Company for 30 years until her retirement.
Audrey was a devout Roman Catholic member of Saint Paul Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Chester Andrew Kupniewski; son, Chuck Kupniewski; and brother, Frank Anthony, Jr.
She is survived by her daughter, Julie Hutchison (Fred); son, Kim Kupniewski (Cathy); two grandchildren, Sonny Kupniewski (Amanda) and Bobby Kupniewski; two great-grandchildren, Luca and Siena Kupniewski; and close cousins, Judy Stanek and Carrie Pisano. She is also survived by her best friend, Jean Peterson and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass on Thursday, November 14, 2024 at Saint Paul Church, 1617 Walnut Street, at 10:00 a.m. Burial will be private in Trinity Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude’s Children's Research Hospital, www.stjude.org. Funeral arrangements are being handled by The John R. Orlando Funeral Home, Inc.
