Barbara J Browning

Barbara Joyce Browning, age 78, passed away on August 21, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on December 23, 1946 in Baltimore, Maryland to Raymond and Irene Tucker. She was a 1965 graduate of the class from Southern High School in Baltimore Maryland. Barbara worked as a Customer Service and Retail Associate for various companies during her working years. She married Steven Browning on November 21, 1981, enjoying 44 years of wedded bliss. But she was known for her love, her care, and her devotion to her family.

Barbara was a longstanding member of Faith United Methodist Church, practicing her faith in God.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond M and Irene E Tucker; her sister, Patricia (Tucker) Mocarsky; and her brother-in-law, Stanley Mocarsky.

She is survived by her husband, Steven Browning; son, Michael Lepper; daughter, Samantha Lepper; nieces, Kim Mocarsky, Jordan Anyanwu, and Taylor Lawson; nephew, Anthony Mocarsky; and her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Lindsay, Tyler, Paige, Alec, Alyssa, Madison, Summer, Dylan, Kristen, Justice, Lincoln, Geo, Ace, LaVonni, Jayleo, Tyson, Onyx, Lilah, Finn, and Georgia. Also missing her are her brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Mark Browning, and Kim Browning.

The family invites friends and relatives to the Celebration of Life on Saturday, August 30, 2025 at Pfeifer Woodyard Funeral Home, in Reynoldsburg, Ohio, with the gathering starting at 11 am to the start of service of 1 pm. Dr. Ivan Roberson shall officiate.

After the service, all guests are invited to the Browning Home for more sharing, encouragement, and memories over food.
