Barbara Fox Obituary
Passed away on Wednesday, January 14, 2026 at Traditions of Saginaw. Age 78. Barb was born August 13, 1946 in Bay City Michigan, the daughter of the late Arnold and Dorothy (Moreau) Meisel. She graduated from Handy High School. Barb was a stay-at-home mother for many years until her children grew up and then went on to work many happy years at Consumer Power before having to retire. She enjoyed gardening, painting and any type of crafting. If she saw it and loved it; she tried recreating it.
Barb is survived by her children; Vikki Simpson and Kris (Joel Stockford) Fox, five grandchildren; Marisa (Jamison) Ferritto, Taylor Simpson, Jeremy (Kasey Klaczkiewicz) Simpson, Andrew (Annalise Rood) Simpson and Alison Simpson, two great-grandchildren; Avery and Sawyer Ferritto, three siblings; Carole (Marty) Frick, David (Ruth) Meisel and Paul (Terry) Meisel and several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents Barb was preceded in death by a son, Robert "Bobby" Fox, a granddaughter, Riley Stockford and a brother, Ronald Meisel.
The family would like to give a heart-felt thank you to Traditions of Saginaw and Americans Hospice Care for all their wonderful care and support.
In keeping with Barb's wishes cremation has taken place and a Celebration of life is being planned at a later date. Those wishing to give a memorial contribution are asked to consider St. Labre Indian Charity. Please share memories and condolences with the family at the snowfuneralhome.net

My condolences to the family. Barb was my best friend and I was blessed that God had us meet. I will miss her dearly.God took another wonderful soul home.
