On February 15, 2024, Barbara Elizabeth Oswinkle (nee Fox) passed away; beloved wife of James Edward Oswinkle; devoted mother of Deborah Cumberland and her husband David, David Oswinkle and his wife Kim, Karen Seibel and her husband Tom and Susan Harlacher and her husband Todd; sister of Edward Fox and his wife Linda; also survived by ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held privately.
