Barbara E. Pugh, 73, of Star City passed away Wednesday, October 30, 2024. She was born in Winamac, Indiana to Robert D. and Nelda M. (Onken) Manning on September 21, 1951. She graduated from West Central High School with the class of 1969.
She was a candle maker and loved crafts of all kinds. Barbara was an avid seamstress. She enjoyed planting flowers and being outdoors, and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Barbara is survived by her daughter Kelly Werner; grandchildren Bethany Rapacki (Donnie) and Travis Werner (Mary); great grandchildren Raymond Rapacki and Josie Werner; Stepfather Ronald Garrett; aunts Ruth Ann Vollmer, Helen Vollmer, Mary Fitzpatrick, and Phyllis Onken; one uncle Fred Vollmer; and several cousins.
She is preceded in death by her parents Robert D. Manning and Nelda M. (Onken) Garrett.
No public services will be held at this time.
Memorial donations can be made to American Cancer Society.
