Barbara Ann Tully, 83, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away peacefully on Monday, June 16, 2025, surrounded by her devoted family. Born on Christmas Day in 1945 in Corydon, Indiana, Barbara was the cherished daughter of the late Wilfred Ray and Alice Josephine Jenkins. She was a dedicated member of St. Augustine Catholic Church.

Barbara embraced life with an adventurous spirit, often traveling with her beloved husband, James. Among their favorite destinations were the sunny coasts of Florida, the scenic beauty of North Carolina, and the charming allure of Gatlinburg. When they weren't exploring new places, Barbara could often be found on the open road, riding on the back of a Harley Davidson, sporting a matching jacket with James-a testament to their shared love for freedom and companionship.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Wilfred Ray and Alice Josephine Jenkins; her son, Jeffrey Dean; and her brothers, Randy Jenkins and Stanley Jenkins.

Barbara's memory will be forever cherished by her loving husband of New Albany, James Tully. She is also survived by her son, Shaun Tully (Karen) of New Albany, Indiana; her daughter, Devona McMichael (Larry) of Sellersburg, Indiana; her sisters, Nancy Riddle of Depauw, Indiana, and Freda Burton of Mount Washington, Kentucky; along with seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, who brought immense joy to her life.

Following her wishes, Barbara will be cremated and laid to rest at St. Anthony Cemetery.
