Barry J. Schneider, age 69,a resident of Easton for the past 45 years passed away peacefully at the VA Medical Center in West Roxbury. He was the loving husband of Joanne M. (McKenzie) Schneider for 39 years.
Born in Brockton, a son of the late Richard and Margaret (Lacey) Schneider, Barry was raised in Randolph and was a graduate of Randolph High School. Upon graduating he entered into the US Marines Corp serving his country and was honorably discharged.
Barry was the proprietor of New Concepts Construction Company of Easton. He worked hard and made lasting impressions with the people he did business for.
Family dedicated, Barry would often be seen watching his children in their sports activities. His greatest joy was his grandchildren and spending time with them.
He enjoyed riding his motorcycle and feeling free on the open road.
Besides his loving wife Joanne, he is survived by his two children, Jordan Marchewka and her husband Joseph of Mansfield and Jared Schneider and his fiancé Renee Vinluan of Franklin; three siblings, Bonnie Marasca of North Carolina, Lacey Analoro and her husband Mark of Brockton and Richard Schneider of Hanson; two loving grandchildren, Grant Marchewka and Peyton Marchewka. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation for Barry will be held at the Kane Funeral Home & Cremation Services 605 Washington Street (Rte.138) Easton on Friday, May 5th from 4 to 7pm. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Interment will be held privately at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne at a later date.
In lieu of flowers donations in Barry's name may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN. 38105
