Age 23 passed away unexpectedly, Saturday May 31, 2025, late of Romeoville. Bart was an Stationary Engineer employed at Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove; he was also a full-time student studying at Triton College. Throughout Bart's life he loved sports, he played baseball, football, volleyball, wrestled, and did some boxing. He is survived by his loving father Bart (Kinga) Kubera; mother Iwona Kubera; brothers Nicholas Williams, and Alex Kubera, grandparents Stefan and Basia Zawisza, Lech Kubera and Teresa Kubera, Maria (the late Jozef) Martinczak; girlfriend Daphne Abundez, also many nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives. Visitation Friday from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Anderson Memorial Chapel, 606 Townhall Dr., Romeoville, IL 60446. Funeral Saturday June 7, 2025, 9:00 am from the funeral home chapel to St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church for a 9:30 am Mass of Christian Burial. Interment to follow Resurrection Cemetery in Justice.

Bart played baseball through Romeoville Pony Baseball with my son Drew, and he was a wonderful young man. When I saw his picture here, I immediately recognized those beautiful, kind eyes even though it has been more than a decade since we last saw him. To the Kubera family and all who loved Bart, I am so sorry for your loss. We will keep you all in our prayers for peace and for comfort.
