Ben David Ledbetter, 66, of Madison, Tennessee, passed away on Tuesday, January 16, 2024. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ethel and Ben Ledbetter, a sister, Linda Ledbetter and a daughter, Mallory Ledbetter.
He is survived by his wife of 14 years, Penny Ledbetter, children, Melissa Huff (Dewey), Eddie Linn, Melanie "Lanie" Overton (Scott) and Kimberley Burnett (Chris), nine grandchildren, Brandi, Zachery, Landon, Ashley, Jaiden, Ava, Haley, Emily, and Hunter, and a sister, Beverly Briggs (Steve).
Mr. Ledbetter worked for Red Barn, The Tennessean, Kroger, a security officer and then finally a shift supervisor for Walden when he retired. He was a member of Boulevard Seventh-day Adventist Church. He loved football, especially UT and the Titans. He was a kind and loving father and husband who enjoyed working in his yard. He had several pets that he adored.
The family cordially invites relatives and friends to visit on Sunday, January 28 from two o'clock in the afternoon until the time of the Celebration of Life Service at three o'clock in the afternoon at Boulevard Seventh-day Adventist Church, 261 E Old Hickory Blvd in Madison.
