Betty Good Obituary

She was born in Ephrata to the late Ray and Katie (Sload) Weaver and was the wife of the late Roger W. Good.
She was a member of Hope United Methodist Church, Ephrata, where she was very involved over the years. For 15 years, Betty worked at the Ephrata Boro offices. A devoted mother and grandmother and great-grandmother, she was always keeping busy; she was an avid housekeeper and an excellent cook.
Betty is survived by a daughter, Kristine Powers; a granddaughter, Shannon Powers; a great-granddaughter, Izabella Vazquez and a sister, Joan Kachel.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Michael R. Good and eight brothers and sisters.
A viewing will be held on Friday, October 24, 2025, from 11 to 11:30 AM, at Stradling Funeral Home, 201 Church Avenue, Ephrata, followed by her funeral service at 11:30 AM, with Rev. Kris Pursel officiating. Interment will be held in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
