Beverly S. (Krantz) Affolter, age 69 of Canton, passed away early Saturday morning. Born in Massillon to the late Carl and Mildred (Sumser) Krantz, she was also preceded in death by her sister Rose Krantz. Beverly was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Parish. She was a 1973 graduate of Canton Central Catholic High School. She worked at Psychological and Family Consultants for the past 27 years and had just recently retired. Throughout her life, she touched the hearts of many as a devote mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Her greatest joy in life was her family. Beverly is survived by her children Stacey Baughman and wife Kelly Murphy, Anthony Affolter, Amanda (Levi) Daughtry, Amy Affolter (Okey Jordan), four grandchildren; Owen and Ayden Affolter, Oliver and Addison Jordan, brothers Carl (Kathy) Krantz, Tom (Nancy) Krantz. Family and friends will be received on Thursday from 5 to 7 pm at the Rossi Family Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Friday, 11:00 am, at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Parish with Rev. Fr. Benson Okpara celebrant. Inurnment in Calvary Cemetery will be at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Beverly's name may be made to the American Cancer Society.
