Beverly Ann Ziemer was born on November 9, 1929, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the daughter of Paul and Ann Ziemer nee Umlaust. Essie was reborn through the water and the word of Holy Baptism, as an infant at Jordan Lutheran Church, in West Allis, Wisconsin. She married Walter P.
