Beverly Moulton, a beacon of love and faith, passed away peacefully on November 21, 2025, at the age of 88. Born on September 13, 1937, in Quincy, MA, Beverly was the cherished daughter of Thomas and Marion Moulton. She grew up alongside her siblings, the late Ralph, Ruth, and Florence Moulton, in a home filled with warmth and laughter. Beverly's life was one of dedication and service, marked by her enduring relationships and her unwavering commitment to her community.
A proud graduate of North Quincy High School, Class of 1955, Beverly's entrepreneurial spirit led her to co-own a successful computer business with her dear friend Rita. This venture was a testament to her intelligence and foresight in the rapidly evolving world of technology. Beverly's professional life was complemented by her profound involvement in the First Baptist Church of Wollaston, where she served as a Deacon for many years. Her faith was the cornerstone of her existence, guiding her through life's challenges and joys.
Beverly's love for her hometown was evident in her role as a Warden for the Voting Precincts in Quincy. She believed in the power of civic duty and the importance of each individual's voice. Her connection to Quincy remained strong throughout her life, as she maintained lifelong friendships with those she grew up with and remained in touch with her high school classmates. The same house she was born and raised in was also where she chose to spend all her days, a true testament to her deep roots and love for her community.
Her home was not only a place of memories but also a haven for her beloved pet cats. Beverly's most recent companion, Mia, was a source of joy and comfort to her. Her love for her pets showcased her nurturing spirit and her capacity for unconditional love.
Beverly's life was enriched by her loving longtime partner, the late Ernie Chiotasso, with whom she shared many treasured moments. She is also survived by her long-time best friend, Evelyn Daniels, who, along with a host of friends from her church and community, will deeply miss Beverly's friendly smile and her faith-filled presence.
Those who knew Beverly would describe her as loving, faith-filled, and friendly. She had a remarkable ability to make everyone feel welcome and valued. Her legacy is one of kindness, generosity, and a steadfast commitment to her beliefs and those she loved.
As we bid farewell to Beverly Moulton, we celebrate a life beautifully lived and a soul that touched so many. Her spirit will continue to inspire and guide us, and her memory will forever be etched in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing her.
