Beverly graduated from SUNY New Paltz and went on to dedicate 33 years of her life to education, working as a teacher in New Jersey before retiring. She married Robert G. Wissel, the love of her life, in 1968, and together they built a life centered on family, faith, and love.

Beverly was a woman full of joy, laughter, and love. She had a sharp mind and a good sense of humor, and she enjoyed games of all kinds-board games, cards, bingo, and especially watching game shows. She seemed to have a special bit of luck on her side, often winning scratch-offs and enjoying good fortune at bingo.
Family was at the heart of Beverly's life. She loved deeply and unconditionally, with a special place in her heart for her grandchildren, whom she truly adored. Kind, loving, and generous in spirit, Beverly made everyone feel welcome and cared for. She appreciated life's simple joys and treasured time spent together, especially moments filled with quality time, laughter, and sweet treats shared with those she loved.
Beverly's faith was unshakable. She loved God and lived out the gospel of Jesus Christ each day. A long time member of New Monmouth Baptist Church in Middletown, her faith guided her life and sustained her through all seasons.
