Bill is preceded in death by his father, Joseph R. Carr; mother, Eunice V. Carr; brothers, Bobby R. Carr and Frank Carr; sister, Loleeta C. Smith; nephew, Robert O. Bailey.
He is survived by his brothers, Daniel R. Carr and Joseph B. Carr; sister: Annette Potter; great nephew Joshua Griener that he was close to and many great nephews and nieces that will miss him greatly.
He will be missed by some residents and staff at Southern Oaks Care Center. "He kept it lively around here."
